We are currently looking for a talented Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our growing team. As a graduate at Green Gorilla, you embark on a steep learning curve as you grow. You will need to be motivated, proactive, practical and genuinely interested in engineering. This will be a structured and comprehensive development program. Working alongside a great team you will be involved in a wide variety of tasks and projects including fixed and mobile plant improvement and maintenance work, as well as various tasks relating to help keep our transport division running smoothly. You will be mentored to ensure you are set up for success.
Our ideal candidate would have the following:
- Relevant Bachelor of Engineering qualification
- Positive and highly motivated
- Demonstrate good work ethic and time management skills
- Ability to be both innovative and practical, with good attention to detail skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the business
- Capable of working within a diverse cross functional team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence to respond well when under pressure
